As you can see from Issue 3 of Naughty Contacts we have changed the way that people can contact our advertisers we now have a new Telephone Response System in place.
The system is very easy to use but we felt we should explain it to you in depth so you are not left confused and therefore cannot contact any advert that catches' your eye.
Underneath every advert there is a phone number, this phone number is different for advertisers in the Republic of ireland than it is for those advertisers in Northern Ireland or the United Kingdom. Next to that phone number you will see a four digit number this number is unique to that advertiser and is know as the Account Number.
To explain to you how our new Telephone Response System works in more detail lets use this advert below as an example.

As you can see there is a telephone number and after the telephone number you will see 4 numbers( we have bolded them for this example) these four numbers are known as the Account Number.
All you do is call the phone number and then when prompted you enter the Account Number of the advert which in this example is 1234 and leave your message. You will also be give the opportunity to listen to your message to make sure you are happy with it. Once you are happy with the message listen to the menu options and push the correct number to send your message.
Once you have done that the advertiser will then be sent an email or a text message automatically by our system informing them that somebody has left them a message. The advertiser will then call the telephone number that corresponds with their advert and when prompted they will then input their Account Number followed by their Pin Number they were sent when they placed their advert with us or when their advert was set live on our system, this will enable them to listen to their message's.
If you are based in Northern Ireland or any part of the United Kingdom and wish to leave a message for any of our advertisers in the Republic of Ireland you call the UK number 0906 505 5021 and just input their four digit number that appears underneath the advert you are wishing to leave a message for (known as the Account Number)when requested to do so.
This also works the other way around also so if somebody is in the republic of Ireland and they wish to leave a message for an advertiser in Northern Ireland or anywhere in the UK they just call the number for the ROI which is 1580 927 871 and then all you have to do is input the Account Number of the advertiser you wish to leave a message for.
